1. Durable materials and workmanship
Fatigue-resistant structural steel to FEM and DIN, critical parts from certified market leaders and multi-layer coatings for dusty, humid or chemical environments.
2. Smart safety
- Load cell: measures the load continuously and stops hoisting at the set limit (typically 110–130%).
- Shock load protection: detects sudden load peaks within milliseconds and limits motor power.
- Slack rope protection: stops lowering when the load lands or catches, avoiding loose winding.
- Proactive hook centering: a rope angle sensor stops angled lifts; optional automatic centering resumes the lift safely.
- Soft braking: the brake closes after the motor has stopped, extending lining life and ensuring smooth stops.
3. True MultiSpeed
Any speed from creep to full travel speed: millimetre positioning for delicate loads, maximum speed for long travel, smooth transitions and less mechanical stress.
4. International standards
Designed to FEM 1.001 and DIN 15018 and CE marked.
