This notice is provided by Aylen Vinç Sistemleri – Orhan Aylen as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and explains how personal data collected through the forms on aylen.tr is processed.
Data we process
Name, phone number, e-mail address, company, city/country, request and message content; for job applications also the position applied for and CV details you share. For security, the submission time and IP address are recorded.
Purposes
- responding to quotation, service and information requests
- handling orders and contracts
- evaluating job applications
- preventing abuse and spam
Legal basis
Data is processed on the basis of Article 5 KVKK: necessity for entering into or performing a contract, our legitimate interest and your explicit consent.
Sharing
Your data is never sold or rented for marketing. It may be shared only with our e-mail and hosting providers to the extent required, and with authorities where legally obliged.
Retention
Request records are kept for the periods required by law and job applications for up to 2 years, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Please write to iletisim@aylen.tr.
